Create a Slack Incoming Webhook
Go to api.slack.com/apps → your app → Incoming Webhooks → Add New Webhook. Select the target channel and copy the URL.

Add to SignalDocks
Open Dashboard → Integrations → Add integration. Select Slack, give it a name, and paste the webhook URL.
Test and assign
Click the test button — you should see a test message appear in Slack within seconds. Then assign it to any monitor.
