How quickly will I be notified of an outage?
We check your endpoints every 1–5 minutes depending on your plan. Alerts are sent immediately after 2 consecutive failures — typically within 2–3 minutes of an outage starting.
What counts as a "monitor"?
Each URL you add to monitor counts as one monitor. You can monitor websites, REST APIs, or any HTTP/HTTPS endpoint that returns a status code.
Can I use email and Slack at the same time?
Yes. On the Starter plan you get 3 alert channels — you can mix and match email addresses and Slack webhooks across different monitors.
What is a status page?
A public web page at /status/your-slug that shows your monitors' uptime over the last 90 days, active incidents, and lets users subscribe for email updates.
Can I cancel anytime?
